Make an appointment

Schedule an appointment in our workshop or remotely for a custom creation, or for any gold buying or selling service.
Selecting a time slot and paying a deposit ensures the quality and seriousness of our exchanges.
For the Custom Design service, the deposit will be applied as a payment toward your project.
For the Gold Buying service, the deposit will be added to the amount paid out during the transaction.


The deposit paid to reserve an appointment is non-refundable if cancellation or modification is requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. In case of absence or significant delay, the deposit may also be retained. Any request for cancellation or modification must be communicated in writing (by email or contact form). If a refund is issued to the original payment method, transaction fees of 3.9% (Canada) or 4.9% (USA) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
